There's a lot of music out there. Find the best stuff here.
We are unquestionably living in the best time for quality music in history. More people are making more music than ever before.
It's impossible to sift through all the chaff on websites like ReverbNation, SoundCloud, and BandCamp to find the best music around. Here at the Midwest Metropolitan Music Association, we've done the heavy lifting, and are serving you the best independent rock, Americana, country, folk, blues, and more.

Why Midwest Metropolitan?Although that's our name, and we are based in the Midwest, it has more to do with our substance and style. Our artists combine a traditional Midwestern vibe with the expansive, creative outlook of the metro.

Who can join the fabulous MMMA?Artists can submit their work to [email protected]. We aren't a label or a distributor; we simply showcase artists.
Our primary emphasis is on the listener. We strive to promote the best, most creative independent music in America. |
Are you focused on a certain genre?Yes and no. The MMMA focuses on the two "feels" of our name: Midwest (traditional, down home) and Metropolitan (expansive, creative).
We mostly focus on indie rock and Americana (including blues, folk, country, jazz, and more), but are open to weirder, more experimental sounds as well. |
